You Are Not Just Human—You Are Spiritual
Here’s something we often forget:
You are created in the image and likeness of God.
That means your identity is not limited to what you feel physically or emotionally. Beneath all of that, there is something unshakable about you.
Your thoughts may be noisy.
Your body may feel weak.
But your true self—your spiritual self—is steady, whole, and deeply grounded.
In other words, you are far more powerful than the pain you’re experiencing.
When the Pain Is Emotional
Let’s talk about relationship pain.
Rejection. Misunderstanding. Judgement.
Those moments stay with you longer than you expect.
And naturally, the mind begins to analyse:
“Was it my fault?”
“Did I do something wrong?”
But here’s a quieter, deeper truth:
You are not alone in that moment. Jesus is with you.
Not in a distant, formal way—but like someone who truly listens.
So instead of trying to fix everything immediately, try this:
Talk to Him.
Tell Him exactly how it felt.
Tell Him what hurt.
Tell Him what you wish had gone differently.
No filters. No performance.
Because this isn’t about saying the “right prayer”—it’s about being real.
And something shifts when you do that.
Over the next few days, you may notice it—
a sense of calm, a new clarity, a different perspective.
It’s as if God gently helps you see beyond the pain…
and slowly reveals that even this had a purpose.
When the Pain Is Physical
Now let’s come to the body.
Pain in the body can feel very real—and very loud.
But here’s something important to remember:
You are not meant to live under it.
You have authority. You have dominion.
Instead of silently accepting it, speak to it.
Say it with conviction:
“Back pain, leave in Jesus’ name.”
“Headache, leave in Jesus’ name.”
This isn’t denial—it’s alignment with a higher truth.
You are not powerless. Your body does not define your limits.
Come Back to This Truth
In every kind of pain—emotional or physical—pause and remind yourself:
👉 You are more than what you feel.
👉 You are not alone—God is with you right now.
👉 There is something within you that cannot be shaken.
So don’t let pain tell you who you are.
Let truth do that.
And when you begin to see yourself differently,
you’ll notice something remarkable—
The pain may still try to speak…
but it no longer has the final say.
